For those couples that have put their hearts, souls (and money) into planning but you want to enjoy your wedding day and not fret over the details and schedule, this option is for you!  A great Day-of wedding coordinator is the glue that holds everything together and manages, coordinates and supports you and your day so that it truly is “The Best Day Ever.”

Dragonfly provides a lead Day-of Coordinator and an assistant to support, manage and lead your wedding day. This is when all of the hard work and planning gets put into motion.  It’s the best support and stress-relieving investment you can make, in our humble but experienced opinions. No worrying about whether the extra linens are coming, if the cake showed up, if the caterers got the meal switches right, or making last minute changes to the seating chart.  It’s all planned for, covered and done. Excellent Day-of wedding coordination services allows you and your family to let go of the reigns, and to truly be present in every moment and enjoy your big wedding day. When you want to be a part of the planning, your head is bursting with ideas, your notebook is filled with magazine clippings and your pin boards are overflowing but you want and need some guidance, organization, recommendations and “back-me-up on this” moments as well as some true “Let’s be honest” feedback, then the “Stand by Me” package is right up your alley. Partial plans are a terrific option for couples who are eager to be involved in design and decision-making but want guidance and support in leveraging ideas and dreams into action plans.  Dragonfly will guide decisions on design, budgets and vendors, identify tasks with clear responsibilities and timelines all while keeping it real and fun.

Partial Planning includes the full Day-of Coordination Package described above in addition to 30 hours of lead planning time to include the following:

We start with your ideas and dreams and create take-your-breath-away magical weddings and events!

For couples looking for full support from start to finish, full planning services lets you enjoy the journey, be amazed by the surprises and revel in the celebration and fun.  The reigns are in our hands and with guidance and frequent check-ins, we plan your event(s) as you sit back (with some occasional steering) and enjoy the ride. Full planning starts with initial brainstorming and design sessions so we have a shared working mindset.  We’ll prepare design boards that reflect color, tone, style, your must-haves, and lots of “that’s brilliant!” ideas and unsuspecting surprises that begin to form the character and feel of your wedding. We’ll research well-paired potential vendors to provide you with options and bids, embark on taste testings from top caterers and desert officiandos, line up logistics and ensure smooth, regularly monitored timelines and schedules. Full planning includes the Day-of Coordinator Package above in addition to 60 hours of lead planner services to fully plan your dream wedding.  Here’s an overview of what’s included. Dragonfly Floral Design

From simple, farm-fresh bouquets to full arch swags, we’ve got a design or two in mind

Dragonfly Event Designs is all about wedding floral – it’s probably Nikki’s favorite creative design work!  We’ll work with you – and within your budget – to create a floral design framework reflective of the style, colors, tone, season and character of your wedding ceremony and reception.  Wedding floral can range from simple, in-season bud vases and bouquets to floral chandeliers, draping and elaborate centerpieces. We’ll create design boards, pour over your ideas and pins, and work within your budget to bring your vision to life. Floral cost varies depending on the number of arrangements, center pieces, bouquets, etc., and the floral and materials we’re working with.  But we guarantee, hands-down, that we can beat almost any price, save for Grandma’s free time and garden cuttings. And that can be the best choice!

One Step at a Time

By the hour planning ~ $100/hour

If wedding/event planning is unknown territory and you’re simply looking for a place to start, going with a few hours of initial planning and learning about the process, the do’s and don’ts, and what you need to nail down first and foremost can help lift the fog so it’s easier to see the road ahead. Sometimes a bit of out-of-the gate coaching and putting things on paper is all you need to take flight or it’s the start of a laugh and design-filled collaboration that ignites excitement and reminds you that the journey is a big part of the fun.

Need something different, a new starting point?  We’re game.

Dragonfly offers an A la Carte menu of individual services for those clients who want to add a few things to a package or for those clients who are sailing smoothly and want to hire a set-up crew, for example.  Again, if you don’t see what you’re after here, please inquire!
